The Alerts page allows you to create and generate reports. At the top left, you’ll find two sub-tabs: one for standard generic reports (such as trip and violation reports) and another for scheduled and custom reports.
In Generic Reports, select your desired report type from the list, which will open a pop-up where you can choose parameters like assets and time scale. The report will then display in the right-hand pane and can be exported using the controls at the top.
In Scheduled and Custom Reports, click on the "Create Report" button to open a pop-up with advanced report options. Here, you can customize the report to meet your specific needs. One option is to schedule the report to be automatically emailed to specified recipients. Once saved, the custom report is added to the left-hand list for future access. Custom reports can be exported to Excel and PDF.
